Ashlea joined the RWC Noosa & Sunshine Coast team in 2024 as a Trust Account Associate.

Prior to joining our team, Ashlea worked for a local accounting firm for over 13 years where she gained a sound knowledge of the accounting industry whilst working closely with the directors as a personal assistant.

Ashlea demonstrates exceptional business management skills having established and run her own successful business for over six years until its sale in 2023.

Ashlea brings a warm, bubbly personality to the workplace and matched with her friendly communication skills, efficiently assists the property management and accounts team to run as smoothly as possible.
