Sarah Richens

Sarah has been a key member of the RWC Noosa & Sunshine Coast team since 2018. Beginning her real estate career in administration, she quickly advanced into property management, overseeing a diverse portfolio spanning retail, commercial, industrial, and office tenancies. Over time, her responsibilities have continued to expand and she now also plays a vital role in managing the team’s systems and supporting the onboarding of new landlords.  

A lifelong Noosa local, Sarah leverages her extensive market knowledge, strong work ethic, and attention to detail to achieve the best possible outcomes for both owners and tenants.

Sarah is highly team-oriented and enjoys working closely with our property managers, trust accountants, and property management associates to deliver exceptional service to her clients.
