Bed Bath N’ Table at Home in Noosaville
Major home wares retailer Bed Bath N’ Table has secured a tenancy in a commercial building at Noosaville on the Sunshine Coast through Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North.
The home lifestyle chain has leased an approximately 339 sqm tenancy at Lot 3/ 5 Gibson Road, Noosaville, in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North’s John Petralia and Paul Forrest on behalf of a local investor.
John Petralia said the marketing campaign for the tenancy attracted strong interest.
“We had three offers which were made almost at the same time,” he said.
“One was from another chain of stores and the third was a local business. Bed Bath N’ Table made the successful offer.”
John Petralia said all prospective lessees were attracted to the high exposure the site offers as well as a regular shaped tenancy in a modern building with plenty of parking and surrounded by other drawcard businesses.
“The complex is opposite the Noosa Village Shopping complex and is positioned on busy Gibson Road, which is a major thoroughfare between Noosa Heads and Noosaville,” he said.
John Petralia said there is now a shortage of larger sized retail/bulky goods sites in the Noosa area.
Bed Bath N’ Table has taken out a five year lease at a net rental of $130,000 per annum
