Bubs Baby Shops Blooms in Noosaville

Expanding Australian baby goods retailer Bubs Baby Shops has taken up a long term tenancy in a retail showroom at Noosaville on the Sunshine Coast for its latest outlet.

Bubs Baby Shops has leased an approximately 313 sqm tenancy at Lot 3/ 3 Gibson Road, Noosaville, in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North’s David Brinkley on behalf of a local investor.

David Brinkley said the Noosaville store will be the eighth outlet in Queensland and NSW for Bubs Baby Shops, which was founded by Guy and Meagan Hinze in Noosa 16 years ago soon after the birth of their first child ‘Rhylee’.

“We knew Bubs Baby Shops were looking to secure showroom space in Noosaville for their new store,” David Brinkley said.

“The owner of the Gibson Rd showroom’s tenants had advised they were relocating so we contacted Guy Hinze to give him the details. After a couple of inspections and negotiations back and forth all terms were agreed and a lease was signed off.

“The owner of the premises was very happy with the outcome, with a lease getting secured so quickly it meant that by the time their current tenant moved out there was only going to be a couple of days that the shop was empty.”

With Bubs Baby Shops Noosaville now open for business, Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North have successfully filled the last five vacant retail showroom spaces which were available on Gibson Rd within several months.

Bubs Baby Shops has secured a 5 + 5 year lease at a net rental of $90,000 per annum
