Coolum Beach Industrial Block Sold
A vacant industrial block in the Coolum Beach industrial precinct on the Sunshine Coast has been sold by Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North.
The 1316 sqm property at 15 Link Crescent, Coolum, was sold to a local business owner for $275,000 by Tracey Ryan of Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North behalf of a local owner.
Tracey Ryan said the sale involved three years of negotiations between “two very determined parties”.
“The owner was determined not to undersell the site while the buyer needed the block to add to his existing site for his expanding business,” she said.
“The $208 per sqm achieved is a very aggressive price and $60 per sqm above most recent vacant industrial land sales in the area.”
Tracey Ryan said the remaining blocks in the Coolum industrial precinct include a limited number of developers’ stock and some re-sales.
“Owners from the first release are now holding and considering developing sites as the Coolum industrial market continues to recover,” she said.
