Doctors buy Sunshine Coast office for healthy $415,000

The 120sq m* asset came with ample parking for patients and was in close proximity to the industrial precinct of Kunda Park.

The asset was marketed and sold by Ray White Commercial Noosa and Sunshine Coast North real estate agent David C Smith.

Mr Smith said he’d had a long association with the developer of the complex and had leased several tenancies for the owners before.
