Eight Coolum Beach off-the-plan industrial units snapped up

LOCAL small business owners have snapped up eight of the 12 available off-the-plan industrial units for between $1,700 and $2,000psqm at 44-48 Junction Drive in Coolum Beach(above).

The Sunshine Coast address comprised a south-facing development of 12 industrial units that ranged in size between approximately 130-344sq m.

The industrial assets were marketed and sold by Ray White Commercial Noosa and Sunshine Coast North Property Consultants Tracey Ryan (below right) and Tallon Pamenter (below left) – in conjunction with Colliers property consultant Daniel Vella.

“This is the second development site the team has worked on with developer/builders Focal Group in Junction Drive – where the units ran out the door,” Ms Ryan said.

“Having an already completed development next door enabled off-the-plan buyers to see what they were going to get on completion – securing sales before the walls even went up.”

“Small shed developments in the Coolum Industrial Estate continue to sell well and demand has not abated with approximately one industrial unit sold every week for the last two years.”

“It’s a well-conceived development featuring a high level of natural light within the units and a “u” shaped driveway with central car parking making access very easy to each unit in the site – there were also options for mezzanines available within a select number of units,” Mr Pamenter said.

“Two new developments at 57 and 59  Dacmar Road scheduled for completion In January 2021 also have a number of units already sold off-the-plan.”
