Elle Skin Clinic Settles on Noosaville

Skincare business Elle Skin Clinic is opening on the Sunshine Coast after securing a retail tenancy at Noosaville through Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North.

Elle Skin Clinic has leased a 51 sqm tenancy at Suite 203/90 Goodchap Street, Noosaville, in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North’s David Brinkley on behalf of an interstate investor.

David Brinkley said Elle Skin Clinic had been looking for a suitable position somewhere on the Sunshine Coast for more than 12 months.

“They inspected sites in Peregian Beach, Coolum Beach and Noosaville and really wanted something which presented professionally to their clientele,” he said.

“I took the tenant through the Goodchap St property and after a second inspection she knew it was the right fit for her business.

“The Goodchap St tenancy is located within the Noosaville Medical & Professional Centre. The owner of the complex was pleased to secure the tenant as it adds to the already high quality mix of professionals and medical based businesses located in the complex.

“The tenancy came with an existing fit-out which was very workable for how the tenants wanted to set-up their space. There is plenty of natural light into each of the treatment rooms and reception area, yet still offering the privacy required for the business.”

Elle Skin Clinic has taken out a two year lease at net rental of $19,125 per annum.
