Jets Swimwear Opens in Hastings St
Luxury Australian-made international women’s swimwear brand Jets Swimwear has opened its first retail outlet in the famous Hastings Street tourist strip at Noosa Heads on the Sunshine Coast.
Jets Swimwear has snared a central street front location at Part Lot 9, 32 Hastings St, Noosa Heads, in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North Directors Paul Butler and Paul Forrest.
Paul Forrest said this is the retail store exclusively dedicated to showcasing the Jets Swimwear brand.
“Jets Swimwear is stocked in a select number of premium boutiques, swim specialists and department stores both in Australia and internationally,” he said.
“It’s exciting that the company has chosen Noosa’s iconic Hastings St tourist precinct for the first Jets retail outlet.
“This 35 sqm tenancy is also surrounded by other high profile tenants including Boost Juice and Sunglass Hut.”
Paul Butler said the low Australian dollar, record low interest rates and strong visitor numbers are all factors contributing to increased confidence in Noosa Heads.
“Hastings St has certainly enjoyed resurgence over the past year with a number of new successful businesses commencing and the major refurbishment of the Seahaven Resort Noosa and the upgrade of The Sheraton,” he said.
Jets Swimwear has taken out a 3 + 3 year lease at a net rental of $110,000 per annum, or $3,142 per sqm.
