New Italian Restaurant Comes to Coolum Beach
A new Italian restaurant is opening in the Coolum Beach retail and food precinct on the Sunshine Coast after its owners secured premises through Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North.
The restaurant to be named Woodfired Pizza & Pasta Bar will be operated by Ben and his capable staff who also run an Italian restaurant at Caloundra.
They have leased 8/1796 David Low Way, Coolum Beach, in a deal negotiated by Tracey Ryan of Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North.
Tracey Ryan said as well as the 94 sqm main restaurant tenancy, there is a 32 sqm outdoor dining area.
“It’s exciting to have a new Italian restaurant on the beach front at Coolum Beach,” she said.
“These premises were formerly occupied by Beach Bar and Grill and it’s tremendous to have a new tenant as the property had been vacant for some time.”
Tracey Ryan said the beach front retail and food precinct at Coolum Beach was starting to tighten.
“This is a significant retail space,” she said.
“It’s terrific for Coolum as the restaurant offerings are expanding and Woodfired Pizza & Pasta Bar will be joining Thai, Japanese and seafood restaurants.”
The restaurant tenancy has been leased for 3 + 2 years for net rental of $91,700 per annum.
