Noosa Bridal Unveil New Outlet
Noosa Bridal has snapped up premises in a prominent Noosaville retail precinct for their new bridal wear business through Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North.
Noosa Bridal has secured an 86 sqm tenancy at Shop 15, 18 Thomas Street, Noosaville, in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North’s David Brinkley and Tracey Ryan on behalf of a local investor.
David Brinkley said he was contacted by Noosa Bridal to see if Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North could assist them in finding a suitable location for their bridal wear business.
“They were keen to find something in the Noosaville area so we went hunting for a suitable site,” he said.
“After considering a couple of sites the tenants decided that Shop 15, 18 Thomas Street was the right location for them.”
Tracey Ryan said Ray White Commercial & Sunshine Coast North had listed the property in late May, 2016. and had multiple inspections with a mixture of tenants including medical / retail and food usages.
“The Noosa Bridal tenants were quick to act once they inspected and didn’t waste any time in putting forward an offer,” she said. “After negotiations, we were able to reach agreement within a matter of days.”
Noosa Bridal has taken out a 2 + 2 year lease at net rental of $34,000 per annum.
