Noosaville Industrial Unit Sold
A retail style industrial unit in a complex at Noosaville on the Sunshine Coast has been sold by Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North.
The vacant 172.5 sqm unit at 3/47 Gateway Drive, Noosaville, was sold for $333,000 to a local owner-occupier by Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North’s Tracey Ryan on behalf of local owners.
Tracey Ryan said the complex has excellent exposure and comprises modern, retail style industrial units servicing businesses with a strong online presence.
“Both the buyer and seller are local business owners with growth requirements,” Tracey Ryan said.
“The buyer has an international business that was leasing in the area and decided to buy rather than lease additional warehousing space. This rectangular high clearance shed lent itself to easy warehousing.
“The seller is working on an ongoing project that requires easy access to and from the Bruce Highway. They wanted an approximately 500 sqm industrial warehouse/office in another location and needed to free up the asset for another purchase.”
Tracey Ryan said the existing tenant at Gateway Drive had to be relocated in the area, which Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North facilitated prior to settlement.
