Noosaville Strata Unit Complex Sold for $1,225,000

A commercial strata unit complex at Noosaville on the Sunshine Coast has been sold by Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North for $1,225,000.

The four vacant units at 1 Rene Street, Noosaville, were sold to a local investor/owner-occupier by Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North’s David Brinkley and Tracey Ryan on behalf of local investors.

David Brinkley said the complex which offers a net lettable area of approximately 498 sqm on a land area of approximately 1162 sqm had originally been marketed for lease.

“Our purchaser recognised the potential of this prominent Noosaville site for his business,” he said.

“While the buyer’s business required only half the available area he was keen to take control of the entire site and develop it to a level that reflects the quality and positioning of his business and in the short term lease the remaining space.”

David Brinkley and Tracey Ryan approached the two owners of the four units to see if they were interested in bringing the site to the market.

“Agreement was reached and both were prepared to consider an offer to purchase,” Tracey Ryan said.

“Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North has now sold properties on both sides of the Rene Street, Eumundi Road corner with both positions undergoing major refurbishment to realise the development potential of these prominent Noosaville sites.

“The new owner of Units 1-4, 1 Rene Street is presently refurbishing the site and is looking for tenants to occupy Unit 3 which is 106 sqm or Unit 4 which is approximately 190 sqm.”
