O-REN Brewhouse & Modern Asian Restaurant has snapped up an assigned lease for $210,200 p.a. + outgoings + GST at
Lot 5, 30 Hastings Street, Noosa. The famous strip, synonymous with tourists from all over the world, garnered interest from across the globe with offerings on Hastings Street a hot commodity.
The property was marketed and leased by Ray White Commercial Noosa and Sunshine Coast North Commercial Property Consultant David Brinkley.
“The previous tenants who occupied the tenancy relocated to a larger restaurant space in Hastings Street and were wanting to assign the balance of their lease term,” Mr Brinkley said.
“We had lots of interest on this property due to it having an existing restaurant fit-out in place and being on the street-front within the ever-popular Hastings Street retail precinct.
“There were prospective tenants contacting us from all over Australia and even a couple internationally, all eager to get the information and see if the site would work for them.
“After a considerable amount of negotiations and inspections, we narrowed the field to three very keen restaurateurs who had concepts which really appealed to the lessor and outgoing tenants.
