Chloe joined the RWC Noosa & Sunshine Coast team as a Commercial Property Associate, bringing a unique perspective shaped by a 17 year career in the beauty and wellness industry.

Having owned and operated her own successful business for six years, Chloe has stood in the shoes of a commercial tenant. She understands first-hand the practicalities of finding the right space, the logistics of a business relocation and the importance of a property that supports growth. This personal experience allows her to support the sales and leasing team with a deep understanding of what local business owners truly need.

Her professional background is built on a foundation of trust and long-term connection. Chloe prides herself on her ability to make people feel comfortable and heard, qualities that ensure a smooth, transparent experience for every client she works with.

Now focusing her career on the commercial property sector, she is dedicated to fostering strong relationships within the Noosa and Sunshine Coast communities.

Outside of work, Chloe is the proud mum of two who loves making the most of the coast’s lifestyle and is usually found exploring the region’s best fine dining spots.
