Alfies Event Hire leases Kunda Park industrial unit

ALFIES Event Hire has secured a three-year + 2×3-year options lease on the Sunshine Coast at Unit 1, 11 Endeavour Drive, Kunda Park.

The asset came with 196sq m* of ground area, that included 39sq m* divided into three air-conditioned offices, plus additional 36sq m* mezzanine.

The property was marketed and leased by Ray White Commercial Noosa and Sunshine Coast North Real Estate Agent David C Smith.

Mr Smith said the fully fenced complex with security lighting and cameras was settled for a lease price of $25,850 + outgoings + GST.

“A hire business owner was leasing premises in Warana but decided he could still operate well from smaller premises. I was tasked with finding a suitable tenancy for him,” he said.

“The owner wanted an industrial building with height to enable him to rack equipment to consolidate space, easy access and a secure yard.

“I showed him a number of properties that fell within the price and requirements before he settled on this particular unit.

“It was ideal for providing all the requirements set by the prospective tenant, two roller doors for easy access, offices, shower/toilet facilities and kitchen, plus mezzanine storage.”
