Beauty Shop Secures Noosa Premises
Noosa Body and Skin Care has secured retail premises in Noosa Junction on the Sunshine Coast through Ray White Commercial Noosa and Sunshine Coast North.
The business has leased an approximately 62 sqm tenancy at Shop 6a, 1 Arcadia Street, Noosa Heads, in a deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North’s David Brinkley.
David Brinkley said another real estate agency had being trying to assist the previous tenant with assigning their lease term.
“After a couple of months of no success the tenants decided to enlist the assistance of Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North,” he said.
“Within a few weeks we had successfully negotiated a deal to relocate Noosa Body and Skin Care into the tenancy.”
Noosa Body and Skin Care has taken out a 4 + 3 + 3 year lease at a net rental of approximately $450 per sqm per annum.
