Bio-Gen Solutions snaps up Warana unit

Bio-Gen Solutions, an Australian-owned organisation based in Queensland, has snapped up the lease of a Sunshine Coast premises at Unit 2, 3 Technology Drive, Warana.

The asset came with a 500sq m* tenancy that incorporated a 380sq m* warehouse and 120sq m* office over two levels.

The property was marketed and leased by Ray White Commercial Noosa and Sunshine Coast North Real Estate Agent David C Smith.

Mr Smith said the current assignment term was until March 2020 and the lease price was $50,294.40 p.a. + outgoings + GST.

“When the new owner of Alfies Events Hire took over the business, it soon became apparent that with careful planning and the use of packing, he could downsize from the current premises as he also wasn’t using all the office space,” he said.

“Within a very short time, an enquiry was made by a Queensland-based Australian company that was operating out of several tenancies and saw an opportunity to consolidate the business under one roof.

“Bio-Gen offers a variety of services including tank maintenance and providing commercially viable market leading equipment, services and installation for grain storage and a variety of other services and equipment.

“The site offers two rear roller doors, two front glass sliding doors, has eight on-site exclusive use parking spaces and is one of only two units in the complex.”
