Coolum Beach Industrial Shed Sold
An industrial unit in the Coolum Beach industrial precinct on the Sunshine Coast has been sold by Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North.
The 164 sqm shed at 2/39 Link Crescent, Coolum, was sold to a local business owner for $245,000 by Tracey Ryan of Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast on behalf of a local owner.
Tracey Ryan said the unit was offered for sale with a short-term tenant in place but the buyer will owner-occupy the property.
“This unit is in a complex of four units in the popular Coolum Beach industrial precinct,” she said.
“The unit offers ample natural light and features 3 phase power and high clearance roller doors.
“There is an opportunity here for the new owner to add a mezzanine level.”
