For Our Daily Bread Finds Noosaville Home
Not-for-profit charity ‘For Our Daily Bread’ has found a warehouse/office site at Noosaville on the Sunshine Coast for a new Op Shop through Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North.
The property at 26 Action Street, Noosaville, was leased in a deal negotiated by John Petralia of Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast on behalf of a local investor.
John Petralia said the 540 sqm tenancy on a land area of 1500 sqm was sought after by two interested parties.
“After negotiating with both parties, the owners decided For Our Daily Bread was their tenant of choice,” he said.
“The decision was based on the overall terms of the offer and the site modifications required by both parties.”
Mr Petralia said the Action St property offers high exposure with a substantial hardstand area for parking.
For Our Daily Bread, which strives to provide assistance and support to the disadvantaged, has taken out a 3 + 3 year lease at net rental of $60,000 per annum.

Ray White Commercial has its first woman auctioneer. Chantel Dielwart has smashed the glass ceiling in the usually male-dominated auctioneer space, obtaining her accreditation late last year.
