TOP Coat Auto Detailing has purchased an industrial/warehouse on the booming Sunshine Coast for $385,000 as Unit 21/82 Sugar Road in Maroochydore sold within two days of being listed.
The property offered a 117sq m* warehouse with a 26sq m* air-conditioned office and it also provided a high clearance roller door and three-phase power.
“The sale of this asset within two days of the listing is typical for the current small industrial shed market as the appeal of the Sunshine Coast continues to increase,” said Ray White Commercial Noosa and Sunshine Coast North Property Consultant Tracey Ryan.
“This was an excellent outcome for the long-term local owners of the unit who were looking to relocate to a shed closer to their new home.
“The buyer’s business, Top Coat Auto Detailing, has grown to a level that now requires a larger industrial shed to operate from – it’s a deal both parties were happy with.”
