Mass Nutrition Finds its Space in Noosa
Leading nutritional health and supplement supplier Mass Nutrition has leased a retail outlet at Noosa Heads on the Sunshine Coast through Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North.
Mass Nutrition has taken up a 60 sqm tenancy at Shop 3, 2 Lanyana Way, Noosa Heads, in a deal negotiated by David Brinkley of Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North.
David Brinkley said Mass Nutrition, which has stores throughout Australia and New Zealand, had approached him seeking a space to lease in Noosaville.
“I suggested to them it would be worthwhile considering a couple of tenancies in Noosa Junction and after inspecting 3/2 Lanyana Way, the owners of Mass Nutrition really liked the space and made an offer,” he said.
“The tenants appreciated the easy access to parking and exposure the corner position provided their business.”
Mass Nutrition has secured a five year lease with options at gross rental of $500 per sqm per annum.
