Noosa Office Suite Sold at Auction

Noosa Office Suite Sold at Auction

A ground floor office suite centrally located at the Noosa Junction retail and commercial precinct on the Sunshine Coast has been sold at auction by Ray White Commercial Noosa.

The 62 sqm suite at 6/6 Bottlebrush Avenue, Noosa Heads, was sold to a local investor for $325,000 by David Brinkley of Ray White Commercial Noosa on behalf of an interstate-based owner.

David Brinkley said the marketing campaign for the office suite attracted 36 enquiries, four inspections and there were four registered bidders at the on-site auction.

“On the day of the auction there was torrential rain but we managed to get a gap in the weather just in time for the auction to be run with a good turnout of people.” he said.

“The successful purchaser was a local investor who had been hunting for an office space for him to occupy part time or perhaps lease out as an investment. The property sold under the hammer for $325,000.”

David Brinkley said the premises were well received by the market and the office suite came with secure basement car parking.

“Centrally located in Noosa Junction, the suite is fitted out with three offices, open plan work areas as well as a kitchenette and bathroom.

“We ran a short four week auction campaign and hit owner occupiers and investors pushing hard the quality of this little office space in the ‘Noosa Central’ complex, which is filled with professional services such as local solicitors, accountants, town planning consultants and doctors and it received a good level of interest.

“Following the auction, I was approached by two potential tenants who have expressed interest in leasing the premises from the new owner.”
