Noosa warehouse with development potential sells for $1.315M

AN industrial warehouse suitable for redevelopment has sold for $1,315,000 in ever-popular Noosaville following an off market transaction at 136 Eumundi Road.

The asset, that had a 282sq m* tenancy on a 1,214sq m* block, also had the potential site coverage of up to 600sq m* (subject to council approval).

The property was marketed and sold by Ray White Commercial Noosa and Sunshine Coast North Property Consultant Tracey Ryan.

Ms Ryan said the sellers were long-term Noosa business owners looking to purchase an alternative property to meet retail requirements for their business.

“I actually sold this asset to the current owners back in 2015 and it’s been my pleasure to sell the property once again,” Ms Ryan said.

“136 Eumundi Road has two-street access and like all Eumundi Road property, is always in strong demand from both tenants and buyers alike, due to its superb main road exposure from vehicles travelling in and out of Noosa to the Bruce Highway and into the greater industrial estate.

“The building is positioned at the front of the block with off-street parking, allowing for staged redevelopment, or simply to lease and hold.

“The buyers had been interested in the site for a number of years and finally decided to consolidate their holdings in industrial property.

“The site is currently tenanted until March 2020, at which time the new owners will consider their options.”
