Noosaville Industrial Complex Sold

A partially leased industrial unit complex at Noosaville on the Sunshine Coast has been sold by Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North for $960,000.

Units 1-5 on a 1,690 sqm site at 40 Rene Street, Noosaville, were sold to a local investor by Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North’s Tracey Ryan and David Brinkley on behalf of an interstate investor.

Tracey Ryan said Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North was originally asked by the vendors to find tenants for three vacant units in the complex and after securing two tenants the owners were asked if they wanted to sell.

“We had seen an increase in activity from investors and owner occupiers who are chasing freehold properties and with our recent success selling both on and off market properties in the surrounding area the owners decided the timing was right,” Tracey Ryan said.

“Through our extensive database we had a large volume of enquiries and a lot of buyers wanting to organise inspections. We secured multiple offers for the owners to consider.”

David Brinkley said: “The owners made their decision as to which one had the most attractive terms and asked us to move things forward with the local investor.

“During the settlement period, with the sellers and buyer’s approval, we successfully secured another tenant for one of the remaining vacant industrial tenancies within the complex, which comprise five separate industrial units which vary in size from 126 sqm to 192 sqm. “
