Noosaville Medical & Professional Centre Fully Leased

The Noosaville Medical and Professional Centre is now fully leased with Laguna Bay Chiropractic taking up the final tenancy in the complex which also hosts the Sunshine Coast campus of Central Queensland University.

The complex at 90 Goodchap Street, Noosaville, has been marketed by Paul Forrest, Paul Butler and David Brinkley of Ray White Commercial Noosa on behalf of developer Norm Oliver.

“Built in three stages, the Noosaville Medical and Professional Centre which has more than 6,300 sqm of professional/medical space is now fully leased,” Paul Forrest said.

“Ray White Commercial Noosa has worked hard alongside the developer Norm Oliver to secure each tenant to create a strong mixture of businesses which provide a high quality commercial and medical hub for the surrounding community.

“The final tenant to join this popular medical and professional centre is Laguna Bay Chiropractic, a very welcome addition to the other current tenants.”

Paul Butler said Central Queensland University joined the complex in 2007 and has grown steadily to occupy approximately 3,000 sqm.

“The other tenants include LiveLife Pharmacy, Noosa Clinic Medical Centre, Dental Solutions, Noosa Sports & Spinal Physio Centre, Noosa Radiology, Noosa Ophthalmology, Sullivan Nicolaides Pathology, Noosaville Natural Healthcentre Naturopath, Work Rehab, Breastscreen Qld, Acacia Clinic, Ozcare, Goodchaps Cafe, BCU Business Banking, NRNS Software, Ausfit Group and Noosaville Child Care and Pre-School Centre,” he said.

“In recent years we have seen a shuffle around of tenants who have decided to upgrade from existing premises into newer complexes such as the Noosaville Medical and Professional Centre.”

David Brinkley said a large portion of tenants these days are seeking spaces which have plenty of natural light, on-site parking, air conditioning and well thought out/easy to fit-out tenancies.

“Some of the existing older style buildings have had to adapt/upgrade to compete with these newer spaces in order to secure tenants or run the risk of sitting vacant for longer than expected or taking a hit on their achievable rental income,” he said.

“The Noosaville Medical and Professional Centre is centrally located only 300m from Noosa Hospital, three minutes from Noosa Civic shopping centre and seven minutes from Noosa Junction and Hastings Street.”
