Office suite in landmark Minyama Boulevard Centre smashes $400,000

A LOCAL investor has snapped up a ground floor office suite within the landmark Boulevard Centre in Minyama for $400,400 following a raft of interest in the asset.

The 154sq m* site, at Suite 9/68 Jessica Boulevard, was bought by EastCoast Human Resource Group after many years of leasing on The Esplanade in Maroochydore and has been completely renovated by the new owners.

The asset was marketed and sold by Ray White Commercial Noosa and Sunshine Coast North Real Estate Agent David C Smith.

“The Boulevard Centre, just off Nicklin Way, has a lot of history. It’s fair to say the building was the talk of the town when it opened back in 1999,” Mr Smith said.

“Suite 9 was originally leased to the Italian School Committee (ISC) who were tenants for 19 years.

Michalle Faulkner, Manager Director of the EastCoast Human Resource Group and David C Smith, Ray White Commercial Noosa and Sunshine Coast North Real Estate Agent.

“The Minyama area is very tightly held and very few ‘smaller stratas’ become available for sale, especially on the ground floor.

“Most tenancies are in stand-alone, non-strata buildings along the very busy Nicklin Way.

“There are a mix of tenants across the two-level building ranging from fitness and beauty through to health and real estate.

“The site also benefits from easy access and good parking.”
