When Rachel Cadamy talks about commercial property, it’s with genuine enthusiasm and excitement.
As a property consultant with Ray White Commercial, Rachel relishes the opportunity to play a role in the growth and development of businesses.
“I love everything about business owners and professionals and get a real kick out of working with individuals who have interesting ventures and a vision to build their business,” Rachel said.
“Every day I am blown away by the creative ideas and innovations developed by business owners here on the Sunshine Coast,” she said.
Rachel holds a full Real Estate Agents licence and her experience spans sales, leasing and property management, as well as residential property.
Rachel’s outgoing, warm and friendly personality is ideal for commercial real estate where she interacts with owners, investors and tenants every day.
CONNECTION AND COMMUNICATION
Rachel’s approach is one of personal connection and openness, where honesty and effective communication are crucial. Her modus operandi is action-focused and issues or challenges are managed efficiently as they arise.
“I believe that a strong, solid professional relationship is built on honesty and transparency and I have based my entire career around ensuring that each and every one of my clients receive exactly what I promise. I love what I do, and I love to do it well,” Rachel said.
A born and bred Queenslander, Rachel is in her element outdoors, whether she’s stand-up paddling, kayaking, snorkelling or bushwalking. So it’s no surprise her favourite place on the coast is the vast front yard of her acreage at Mount Ninderry where she lives with her husband and two sons.
With a strong sense of community, Rachel has a natural talent for connecting the right people to bring a strip of retail stores or complex to life.
“Forging connections and bringing businesses together in a village to build a community is such an honour and is in everyone’s interests. Relationships are powerful and important. It’s an opportunity to really create something special to make the wonderful place we live even better.”
