CPA Jon Forrest recently joined the Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North Property Management team, bringing a wealth of financial experience, including as a financial controller and accountant in hospitality, radio, property development, residential construction and real estate.

Jon’s hospitality resume includes some of the state’s largest and most recognisable venues including Treasury Casino, Stamford Plaza Brisbane, Regatta Hotel, Ballistic Beer and the Star Hotels Group.

Jon has a deep understanding of the commercial implications of property management and the strategies required to get the best returns for clients. “Having worked in commercial enterprise, I have a real appreciation of the challenges and requirements of business owners and a unique perspective on the commerciality of a deal or agreement.”
