Ri-Con Makes Marquesas Move

Award winning construction company Ri-Con Contractors has secured premises in a popular professional and medical complex in the Peregian Beach commercial precinct through Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast North.

The 233 sqm tenancy at Suite 13-15 “Marquesas” at 247 David Low Way, Peregian Beach, was leased in a deal negotiated by David Brinkley of Ray White Commercial Noosa & Sunshine Coast on behalf of local investors.

David Brinkley said the Marquesas complex on the main road as you enter the Peregian Beach village CBD area is nearing full occupancy.

“The Marquesas complex has attracted a mixture of both professional and medical based tenants who occupy more than 1,080 sqm spread over two levels in three separate freestanding buildings,” he said.

“We have found tenants are drawn to the higher quality of the development, which offers flexible tenancy sizes, main road exposure and a large basement car park. It really has proven to be well received by prospective tenants.”

David Brinkley said the Ri-Con construction team had been examining the possibility of moving office from their Cooroy location.

“They had driven past the Peregian Beach site and liked the location and overall appeal of the Marquesas development,” he said.

“Within three days we had negotiated a deal between Ri-Con and the owners of the complex and by early March, Ri-Con had relocated into their new tenancy, which includes a 36 sqm exclusive use balcony area.”

Ri-Con Contractors is an award winning remote area construction specialist with a regional focus and commitment to areas from the Kimberley in Western Australia to the Islands off the coast of Queensland and throughout Australia.

Ri-Con has taken out a 3 + 3-year lease at nett rental of $80,000 per annum.
