Tanawha Function Centre for Sale
A specialised venue site situated adjacent to botanical gardens at Tanawha on the Sunshine Coast is being offered for sale by Ray White Commercial Noosa.
The 19 acre property at 31 Palm Creek Road, Tanawha, is being marketed by Ray White Commercial Noosa’s Christine Freney for $2.7million. It is being offered for sale on behalf of local business owners.
Christine Freney said the property boasts a four bedroom house with a substantial covered outdoor entertaining area and decking.
“This is an excellent opportunity to open a specialised venue subject to council approval to meet the demand for weddings and functions,” she said.
“The historic stables on the property are currently used as a function venue.
“It is located in beautiful tranquil setting, close to all amenities and approximately 10 minutes to Mooloolaba beaches and the Maroochydore CBD.
“All the necessary infrastructure is in place and there is also an existing liquor licence.
“Amenities include two tennis courts, a swimming pool and a nine hole par 3 golf course.
“It is an opportunity not to be missed.”
