A lifestyle property with commercial potential has been listed for sale in Queensland’s Fraser Coast hinterland. Timber Mill Station, located at 203 Gigoomgan Road, Brooweena, is a fully off-grid retreat spanning 35.1 hectares of rural-zoned land, offering a mix of tourism, accommodation, and agricultural uses.
